In the Overview section, you can download an MS Excel report that summarizes the data about the event. It contains the list of connected users, their activity in the application and results of the polls. The report contains several sheets – The Participants sheet and one sheet for each poll posted to the shared message board.
The Participants sheet contains these columns:
Items from the profiles of the participants
No. of Messages – no of messages that the participant posted to the shared message board
No. of Reactions – no of reactions that the attendee made on the shared message board. The reaction is a “like”, a “not like”, casting a vote or rating.
No. of Private Discussions – number of other attendees with whom they have exchanged a private message.
The exported data is always generated at the time of download. You can use the data export to identify the most active attendees during the event.
